The Daily Star, when writing about Paris Hilton today, says, 'Paris, who is being lined up for I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! is turning an upcoming trip to Rwanda into a reality show. She will be followed by a film crew on a five day mercy mission visiting schools and clinics in the war ravaged country.' So perhaps her appearance in I'm a Celebrity is a real possibility.
